im totally against calls of nerf, theyre generally made by the misinformed whod rather see a quick fix than areal solution anyhow...

that being said, whats wrong with the dx2? I keep hearing hearing bad things but ive never had complaints. Granted its the only weapon we get for pistoleer and its not great...but whats so 'bad' about it? I choose it over the marksmen options

I think I am fairly certain that most reasonable pistoleers don't want the Scatter Pistol nerfed. Both those with Bounty Hunter pistol skills, and those without. Some people rush quickly to judgement without thinking, and automatically attack somthing that works, in order to bring it down to the level of somthing that doesn't work.

This is a foolish philosophy. It would be like demanding a car company to immediately make all of their successful cars equivalent to your junker, instead ofworking to get your own broken jalopy fixed. What is even worse is when 2 people from different professions, both with broken skill sets are fighting each other because each believes they are worse off than the other guy. This is like 2 terminal cancer patients arguing about who hurts worse.

Pure idiocy. The solution is to work to get your own profession fixed.

Don't Nerf it, Fix it.

I am requesting that you stop trying to get our Scatter Pistol Nerfed. And am instead requesting that the Devs improve the DX2 to make it the weapon it should be. I know I will be getting flamed by you BH haters, but I thought I would try to settle this issue. We all know that the dx2 isnt as it should be, so have them fix it. just spam threads about it over and over. I will support you, and half of the other BH's probably would too.

I agree with this post, and I think every Pistoleer should too.

None of us want to see the Scatter Pistol nerfed ... we just want a weapon we can use. The accuracy on the DX2 sucks, the AR doesn't work right, etc. Once that stuff is fixed, then no one on this board should be worrying about the Scatter Pistol.

Drazzo, good post. Although realize that most of us agreed with you already. We aren't calling for Scatters to be nerfed or changed ... I think folks are just upset that our profession's pistol sucks.

There were some posts on the BH board about nerfing it, but I still think you guys got screwed with the dx2 sucking. It should not be as bad as it is.

I agree. We shouldn't tell the DEVS to nerf other guns, just get ours to work
