Been using this alot with my pets, 0-13m to use, dmg and spd output about middle of Fan shot and Stopping Shot, does seem for some reason to cost less Ham than the others.

Questions: it looks like your shooting in a big..well Fan (lol), err cone, It doesn't seem to be an area dmg though. I watch the battle spam and it just says I hit the mob I'm targetting. I may have missed it hitting something else, but I watched pretty closely (hard to see sometimes with 2 -3 of same exact mobs being fought. Does it really doa Area dmg?

No. It's broken at the moment. Only does damage to a single target.

Worthless, as nearly all of our specials are right now.
