Thread: Anyone notice Holo admitted the correspondent program has failed?
Everyone think's that's Holo's job and it's not, and as you can plainly see- he's not the right guy for the job.
Things should get better when the new guy is in, think of it as what Sanya does over at DAoC
Presumably they're not willing to provide compensation that is much more than a monkey pen and a bunch of bananas. Unfortunately, they'll get what they pay for, and the game will suffer even more for it.
Yes. And that's good of them to admit it. However, we're still standing in line, as we pay, to get what we thought we were getting (working code). How long are we going to stand in line? Most of the changes look pretty easy IMO, all we want is a working profession, and we provide the details on how to fix it (even multiple wasy.) as good reference, which HAS to cut down on overhead.
I do think at some point, better communication will happen, but dang, why do we have to sit around playing..waiting. I'll tell you why, because if Holo is one thing, he seems to be psychologically in tune with game-human interaction...and how to hook folks, and get them in the game. Sure, he doesnt' flaunt/try to be technical, but I think he knows what's what...when it comes down to it. And it's not about math and formulas...
