Can anyone tell me what is the fastest gun?

and why don't the classes reflect this?

What do you mean? With weapon speed modifiers, all guns fire the same at master levels.

True speed is

Max(1.0, w * s * (1-p/100))

where w is weapon speed, s is the special delay modifier (see the pistol FAQ), and p is the pertinent weapon speed skill.

As p approaches 100, the final multiplier approaches 0 very quickly thus cancelling out any delay to do anything and you hit the 1.0 game limit.

A scout blaster or D18 pistol typically have the lowest raw delay. Is this your question? Don't be an ass, I'm trying to help.
