I'm a 3-3-3-2 Pistoleer, and I'm wondering about weapon speed, speed mods, and how it effects the actual speed of the weapon I'm using. Specifically, at what weapon speed have I hit the practical speed cap? What I mean is, with my speed mods calculated into the speed cap, am I really benefiting by using a 1.4 speed weapon over a 1.7? At what speed have I hit the practical max?

For those that have an answer to this question, thanks in advance for your response.

Take your pistol speed mod. (about 42?)Subtract it from 100 (58).

Now turn that into a fraction (0.58) and multiply it by your weapon speed. your 1.7 sec scout blaster turns into a 0.986 scout (hitting speed cap).

But for special moves, with lets say a double speed modifier, you need to factor in. So make it 1.97 sec. So faster weapon would still help for the special moves.
