Thread: Novice Carbineer Good But Novice Pistoleer/Rifleman Bad?

In my quest to get more skill points for CH/BH, I'm thinking about dropping Novice Rifleman and Novice Pistoleer.
Reasons:
1. T21 sucks compared to new Laser Rifles. And I don't use Strafe Shot.
2. Since I only use my Scatter or FWG Pistols, the DX2 the Novice Pistoleer gives you doesn't seem worth it. I would miss Health Shot 2, however. And can you stack Health Shot 1 & 2 for more effect?
Your thoughts?

T21 and DX2 are AP (different lvl for each).
Those are tools you use when needed, not a "all situations" weapon may exist.
