we all know it acts up in pve, but in pvp, fanshot is *very* good from what ive seen. Anyone else?

what disapoints me is i have a health poison pistol but doesnt area poison with fan shot hehee

Fanshot is great in PvP. Beside a quick dot from healthshot 2, i only use Fanshot. Its a nice damage (average dam.400 in pvp) and now thats its area attack, it makes it even better.

i found a rifle that does poison damage for liek 3000 charges... kinda low dmg though. i'm keeping it only to add to my collection since i have 0 rifle skills

hehe dam, got a action poison scout blaster and wos wundering if i could use fan shot to poison a group, thanks for the info mate, saved me a few charges on the poison

i've taken half a dozen imperials at a time because i managed to get them all in a group and fire fan shot.
in pve is works great, just be wise about how you use it. If the creature is with all it's buddies and you dont want to piss off his buddies use stopping of bs3. if it's a creature that is social hit fanshot, take them all down. It also works as an easy way to kill lairs and creatures. Hit the lair and then you hit all the creatures that come from the lair to protect it, very effective.

I don't think it'll work that way, but if you switch your base target around the group you should be able to poison them all while simultaneously doing damage to all of them.

so other people do have noticed that fanshot is good in pvp? oh btw thanks for the 1 star.
