can someone tell me if this has a longer knockdown higher rate of sucess or just higher damage from the hit. Im about to qualify to get it and would like to know before i spend all that combat xp for it

It doesn't knockdown at all.. yet another horrible broken pistoleer shot... boooooooo, oh and it uses a TON of your action bar.
