Well after 2 weeks, and 2 million XP i've dropped Pistol completely.

Thank you Raph, you have completely Ruined this profession, along with countless others. Give it a little time and im sure your Dream of empty servers where you can run around naked in will come true.

I really hope they fix the profession one day for everyone.

It's pretty sad, i took Novice Brawler, decided on 2 Haqnded Sword. And with 3 Skill boxes i did more Damage than any my almost Master Gunfighter.

I know melee can't PVP anymore, but PVP is the worst i have ever seen in this game so that don't matter either.

Im on Tier 4 Of 2 handed, working towards novice Swordsman now and i do at least Double what i did with pistol.

My Average hits are 350+, Avg. hit with Pistol was under 180, add in armor and it was under 100. Armor doesn't seem to effect my sword.

Amazing how weak Pistoleers are now. Gotta be the weakest profession, i think a Master Dancer could take one in PvP.

I know what you mean, I decided to drop pistoleer also...

I found it not fun when every time I kill something using high amount of tactics, because of all the bugs people just say, pistoleers are way too powerful. You are gonna get nerfed again soon....

or things like that....

So now I am gonna become a brawler, itmeans more honorable duels, and killing animals is more tactics than pistoleer now (spamming Fan shot or Roll up shots) ad most of all people does not whine about me having to get nerfed since I am way too powerful.

Because I kill an apprentice, they dont see the fun, I am running around with master gunfighter title and apprentice people complain on me being too powerful. Something seems wrong...

Now on the other hand apprentice kills me, after the nerf

But I am now heading towards Fencer, a small profession that gets no attention from the Devs, no fixes or nerfs. Perfect way to bid my time from now on. It is quiet there... they didnt even get bonus to damage or lowering HAM cost like all brawler classes should, and all did (except fencers of course) and they dont even get to have their own correspondant even

Anyway, on tier 3 on 1handed I can almost outdo the damage I did with a stopping shot using an ordinary special I got from tier 1, using a sword I got certified to use in tier 1.

I quite frankly see that to be a very fun thing.... and I am also heading towards Chef... for the fun of being a bartender.... if we by any chance get player cities this century.
