What two pistoleer trees should I get ?


I'm a Master Weaponsmith and just about Master Smuggler. I've got enough skill points to get two Pistoleer trees but I'm unsure what to go for. Not sure if I need the special moves tree as I have the Smuggler moves. But it depends how well the Pistoleer moves would work together with the Smuggler ones.

I've heard body shot III isn't much different from II at moment but does the dodge make that tree worth it ?

What about pistol accuracy as a Smuggler I'm a pretty bad shot but I heard they might be adding accuracy.

I probably will go for the speed and melee defense mearly because I've got 100,000 combat XP, but does that tree make much difference ?

The way the skill points work if I don't get two full trees I won't be able to get as many skill boxes with the skill points I have.

Since you've got the Smuggler skills already, I'd suggest getting the lines that give you accuracy bonuses and speed bonuses. You'll probably use your Smuggler specials more than the Pistoleer specials, but Smuggler is lacking in accuracy and speed modifiers.

Thanks thats probably what I was thinking, I just didn't want to be missing out on the dodge or specials tree if they were really good.

Neither Dodge nor the special attack defenses are working right now. So, it's not like you'd be missing out on anything. That might change once they get fixed, but you have Feign Death as a Smuggler anyway as an escape skill.

I'm a master smug, and just have line II & IV of pistoleer now. The defenses of line III don't work, you do more damage with last ditch than fanshot (though last ditch has a longer delay), and I haven't figured out what I'd do with line I if I'd kept it.
