Thinking about getting it... Is it worth the points or should I save them for stopping shot, etc... Thanks...

Bigtime. With the nerf to suppression/KD Warning shot saves my ass all the time now.

warnign shot is in the marksmen tree, and takes combat xp. stoping shot is pistol xp and is te pistoleer tree..
but yea warnign shot is veary usefull, both for spliting mobs apart, and "snareing" them for soloing. i think i use that more then aney other special

Absolutely indispensable imo. Saves my a$$ all the time and is a great soloing tool, as well as a real lifesaver when travelling through dangerous territory. Just make sure you make a macro with it to increase its effectiveness-
/warningShot;
/pause 1;
/peace
That way you won't break the run by using another attack straight after. Best special a ranged PvE'er can have imo.
