I been looking everywhere and killing everything and cant find a one lately . Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

I didnt found a SE tape/plate for weeks until 2 day's ago..It was from a valerian assasin, But i'm sure it's just random like anything else, the loot decreased alot over the last month..
