With the new timer in place,suppression fire and pistol whip have gone from being some of our most valued specials to last ditch attempts at saving our own butts. I tend to only use these moves when I really NEED to now, because chances are I'll only get the chance to use them once in any given fight.

Recent changes to accuracy have gutted the effectiveness of suppression fire, and pistol whip is only knocking opponents down maybe 30-40% of the time. If we're going to have moves that we can only use once per battle due to the timer, shouldn't they be a tad more reliable?
