I'm curious if anyone else has had this happen:

I was out hunting some critters - did my usual, snare trap, bleed x2, root trap, couple of bodyshots then kite it until dead...well I was kiting it and it warped on top of me, so I capped off a pair of Warning shots - suddenly *poof* critter despawns and vanishes. I figure its a fluke - so I go back to lair and pull another - a few kills later, another one warps on top of me, cap off a Warning shot and the exact same thing happens.

This happened to anyone else?

I was having the same problem with a few greater womp rats last night, except I never touched warning shot, by the time they'd get to 1/2 half if I was on the run I'd shoot some cover fire at 'em and they'd just go poof. It only happened at 2 lairs though, the rest I found stuck around long enough for me to carve 'em up

I noticed it especially with mountain squills on tatooine (warning shot or not).

Don't worry, i filed a bug report. I'm sure it will get fixed within months.

I had a tortur poof on me last night also. Wasn't using warning shot.

I've had this happen with npc's on faction missions(no warning shots used, obviously). Maybe it has to do with zone lines. The last time I saw this, the two npc's that I was fighting vanished while chasing me; my faction pets did the same, going back to the datapad.

u know whats a real pain, having this happen to you when u have just about got a rogue fambaa killed and then *poof* no more fambaa. But wait there is more, went back to where it spawned and waited and another spawned got it about 80% of the way and *poof*. Went back to where it spawned and it happened a **edit**ing 3rd time. It would have probably happened a 4th but i wasnt about to attack the next one, wasnt worth the hassle. This really needs to be looked into, and how they magically teleport from 50m out right on top of u.
