Was wondering what Multi Target Pistol Shot, Fan Shot and Double Tap do.

I cannot comment specifically on Multi-Target Pistol Shot, so any comment I make on it would be hearsay.

Double Tap - comparatively fast, low HAM cost, moderate random HAM damage, no knockdown, no state effects

Fan Shot - moderately fast, moderate HAM cost, high random HAM damage, no knockdown, no state effects
