What do you guys think, which of these attacks is more useful for PvE? and for PvP? i figure one of you must have them both, lol

lowblow = ranged... pistolwhip = melee... not really much difference after that

Pistol Whip when I'm up close. Low Blow when I'm not

Sorry... seemed pretty obvious to me.

Well I liked them both... the low blow to knock them down at range and then run up and use melee defense on 'em since melee defense seemed to be more effective (maybe just my imagination). Now I'd have to say low blow is better if you're just looking for a knockdownbecause it's ranged but quite frankly they're both pretty useless. The best way to look at things now is that pistoleers are about speed and you get the speed bonus with melee defense so it's probably the most useful skill. I'm really on the fence about the whole smuggler pistol line anymore. Panic shot and low blow are practically useless with the timer the way it is and the fact that costs didn't get reduced even tho they were sup'd to. Feign death isn't that great at higher levels since mobs tend to hit for 300-1200 damage. Last ditch... well when I first got it I liked it a lot (most hits from it were 1800+ and had quite a few 2500+ hits) but somewhere in the last few patches the damage seems to be almost the same as stopping shot and well the stun seems to be quite useless.

I do however plan on keeping my smuggler line... would just like to see more variety in the specials.
