Hi guys,

quick question....i consider myself to be an extremely well rounded player, but now I am interested in, soley, flying up the pistoleer tree. Can you awesome pistoleers be kind enough to tell me the fastest ways to advance w/gaining combat xp as well as weapons xp (pistol). thank you..all tips and hints are appreciated.

It used to be called pistol whip, I missed it by a couple days. For me I like to go with a small group and go to fort tusken that can be a lot of fun. Go out and explore to, I found a spot that gives me great xp it just can be a bitch of a walk.

I was wondering this same thing too. I'll have to look you up on the server Macedin. What planet and animal are the quickest ways to build pistol XP. I've gotten some SWEET pistol xp off of Dantooine, but only in a group. It's very rare to be able to kill anything there worth the XP by yourself. So, on solo missions.. what's the best target? It's taking me forever to even get Novice Pistoleer.

PS: I shoot everything I pass on most all planets (given the LARGE exceptions). I usually run on Corellia, and blast stuff to and from missions. Still it creeps along ever so slowly.

One thing that can help is getting yourself a rock beetle or two. They can be handled and controlled by non ch's, and make excellent tanks. Send them on to the target and fire away in safety.

Well, I've got a Peko and a Gurr Cat, both full grown. They are always out, and I do just that. Let them take the wounds while I fire at a safe 30m or so. Just wondered what type of game is the best.

I get about 3k per fambaa on naboo. But I do that with help of a melee player or a pet
