Thread: Exploits or...
Flame away I don't give a s*it anymore, hell cancel my stinking account but don't forget to send me a fooking refund you stinking b*stards.
For pistol xp, I don't believe there's any exploit. The combat xp is pretty straight-forward: kill/destroy something and you'll get xp based on what you killed/destroyed and the percentage of damage you done to it. You don't get combat xp any other way.
Don't have the formula, but I believe it's based loosely on the creature "base" HAM (not the exact number since the exact number is a fuctuation around the base HAM).
http://www.swgcenter.com/have a bestiary that list combat xp when killed. I haven't found any site for npc.
The closest to an "exploit" is a strategy recognized by developer as legit is the "tank" strategy. Throw a melee pet/sacrificial melee player to absorb all the damage and shoot away.
The other "exploit" is to milk a spawn for all you can get by killing off the creature but leave the lair. Move out of range (the game is "zone"-orient so if no humie are in the zone, the computer goes to sleep and reset everything). Then move back into the zone and the creature/npc will had re-spawned---ASSUMING NO OTHER HUMIE WAS IN THE ZONE WHEN YOU LEFT. If there were some, then the creature/npc will not respawn.
So really, the only way to get xp fast is to kill fast which mean get the best weapon you can and then find a high density area and kill away. Endor have very high density. If you can survive it, Endor will give you boucoup xp.
