I'm having trouble understanding the speed forumula. It seems that something is left off ( the speed mod or teh special attack speed mod ).

Could somebody work the formula with the given mods:

Pistol Speed: 1.7

Speed Mod: +60

Special Attack: Stopping Shot

Could somebody please write out the forumula and substitute the numbers so I can understand it.

Ok, SS has a delay mod of 4.0, so the unmodified delayis 4.0*1.7=6.8s

Your speed mod takes off 60% of the delay, so theactual delay is (1-0.6)*6.8=2.72s

There is a delay cap at 1.0s, but that doesn't effect this example.
