Supposedly these are working now... Anyone done some tests? Jaegen... I am looking at no one in particular... Jaegen.... but seriously folks, anyone tried it out? I know that my pistol whip was failing a lot more often, perhaps because the MOBs defenses are working now. Or of course it could be that my defenses are now applying to the mobs or something cool like that.

I lived in MI and didnt notice any bonus, but recently after moving to NY I do notice a plus +5 in **edit** attitude.
