OK I was ready for the KD patch, I can deal with it. Dont like it , but whatever....Was there a nerf to our accuaracy too?! Didnt read all the notes when I got home from work - I just wanted to play. **! I turned the game off after 45 mins b/c I miss sooooo much more now. I have 2 boxes up the box that increases accuracy. I really am starting to think about bailing. I will never play one of these games when they first come out again, LOL. Seriously, though - Did we get an accuracy wack? thank you.

There was a change to pistol accuracy while moving.

Thank you for the info. Wow. So it will be even worse if I lose those two boxes. My current "plan" has me only getting about 1/2 the skills for pistoleer (im also a ranger). Does anyone know if the reduction in accurracy can be compensated forby getting the top 2 boxes in the skill tree that deals with accurracy? Id really like to get back to where I was

Its so hard to plan when skills get such major changes AND the initial skills dont work to begin with....Im trying to enjoy this. The only other game I ever played like this was EQ. I started playing when Kunark came out so I guess the inital game was much more stable when I joined, but I dont remember such drastic changes coupled with major design flaws. Is this really common? Should I not overly fret about this game. And lastly, do you think it would be better to just take a break for a few months while things get stablized and then come back? I ask this b/c in the back of my head I'll always remember having much greater accuracy while moving and it will always irk me. hehe - yes I was a Druid.

hehe before kunark was just like this, tho not as bad....

Most classes by kunark were nothing like they were before kunark...

I noticed that I was missing much more often last night. That does not bother me too much. However, I also noticed that pistolwhip almost never worked on my first attempt. Sometimes it took 3-4 tries before working.

Did they make it a lot harder to sucessfully use pistolmeleedefense1? (pistolwhip)

I was noticing last night that I was missing more often in general. It did not seem to matter whether I was standing or prone.

Your right....standing or prone......64M away or right up his.....well you know. How can a master with a weapon of +20 at point blank keep missing at point blank?

Thank God for bleeds......so I only have to hit him two times.....because we are going to miss the other 95% of the shots.

I've been missing about 40% of the time with health shot 1 and health shot 2 at around 25m and a dx2... standing still.

I can'tfanshot a gubber from 5m if I'm moving.

They overdid it.

I play a smuggler with some Pistoleer skills, since we get no skill mods and I popped in here to see if I was smoking crack. Glad to see that I am not. I miss so much more after the patch. I thought it was my imagination. It was so bad that I broken down and put some points into pistoleer instead of what I was saving for (to master smuggler) because I miss so **edit** much more. While moving, standing still doesnt matter.

I miss alot more, but that's a good thing. Because my opponent misses even more. If you get up off of kneel and move around, their DPS will drop in the dirt because of the misses while yours won't drop as bad. Doing drive bys on faction NPCs proved to me that we have a wonderful tool at our advantage now. I highly recommend some points in the Marksmanship line and stay out of the 48 to 65 m range at all costs.

Battles take longer now, and I have to be more engaged in them, but that is a great thing. Gone are the battles I could play entirely with the Function keys. Now I need the arrow keys.

Unfortunately it takes 5 shots to hit with the 2 bleeds now.

0-25m ~95% Hit Rate

25-35m ~90-95% Hite Rate

35-45m ~80% Hit Rate

45-55m +70% hit rate

55-64m ~40% hit rate

You forgot the decimal point between the first and second digits on the hite rate.
