Fellow pistoleers. I've been playing the game about an 2 hours now post patch..Something is seriously wrong with the state change modifiers. Supposed to be fixed...very doubtfull. If fact, I am not getting state hits from creatures I used to fight all the time. Before nothing, now I'm getting a state attack almost every creature I fight?! What's going on?

Also, are all creatures now attacking the mind HAM or are our specials now costing more HAM. I'm seeing a significant drop in my Mind HAM before pre-patch. Help Help!!
