/ui action toolbarSlot00;
That selects the first toolbar slot. If you had a gun in that slot, it would equip it.
Slots are then numbered like this:
00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11
12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23
Best way to find macros is to use the search feature on this site, I've found every macro I was looking for very quickly.
