I've been on Talus hunting a lot of Torturs and Dalyrakes and Kimas and the like. Although today I was on Tatooine and discovered I can kill Dragonets now. 
It's a major help if you have Maskscent. I have discovered that when attacking aggro creatures they ussually won't BAF if you are using Maskscent. This isn't always true, but I have seen it enough that I feel comfortable with that.

I dont get a great deal of time in-game, and I'm working on pistoleer. Are there certain creatures that are more efficient for skill gain than others? I've mainly been killing lone tortons and falumpasets and sharnaff bulls and the like.
