From what I can tell, they have nerfed EVERYTHING so much that it will take 4k, 1k, monsters to master it. I cant even get the crappy knockdown they nerfed to hell.

the only thing viable for me to kill are tortors, for 1.2k, and tortor bulls for a little under 3k.....even then they take forever to kill.

God, nerfs suck ass.

try snorbals on lok they gave me 3k or so pistol xpand only take about a minute or less. 10k ham and dont really help each other but occasionally they do but takin down two at once is easy if u can switch targets fast for a quick warning shot. one prob: sometimes its hard to find em but then again sometimes u can find a wonderful nest to pop muahaha!

What can I hunt?

Seriously, theres nothing even worth hunting, and crap is impossible to kill if it gives more exp than Durnis for Pistoleers.

Have you tried getting into a group and hunting somewhere besides a newbie planet? Btw, 95% of what I kill on corellia gives me 1 weapon xp and 1 combat xp. As you level up you get less xp for lower tier mobs until finally you get 1 apiece. I do get good xp on Lok and Dant still, and Dath and Endor are great as always.

Groups give way less exp, and im not high enough leveled up to take out crap on Dathomir except Baz Nitches before they nerfed them, same with Lok, or at least, everything i could find on lok worth killing gave crap exp. (I am only 0/0/1/0)

Can't help you then. Sorry. I grouped and routinely got 2500-3000 xp fighting vesps. If you can't group then you are pretty much SOL cause the KD nerf is gonna make it impossible for you.

Fun, thats what I thought too.

I soloed on Endor for most of my xp ... after the knockdown nerf I would bring a medic with me (even someone with Novice Medic would do) to reduce downtime.

You can't stay on the starter planets if you want to get the best xp. You have to venture out.

Also, if you're really having trouble killing things ... go slow and try some strategy. Suppression Fire, Warning Shot, etc will work wonders if you learn how to use them right.

The KD nerf I am referring to is the 30 sec timer. You literally won't be able to solo and a medic won't help you. If you must solo then take CH taming I and training I and use a GSP.

Giant Dalyrakes on Talus are the best leveling creatures I've found.for xp. I'm also a CH, here's what I'm getting for each one (estimated).

1200 pistol xp

130 combat xp

240 Creature Handling XP.

You get 1500 pistol xp without using a creature. You need ranged support and novice pistoleerto kill them. Here is the strategy::

As long as you are not hitting the lair they don't BAF. Get in your ideal range and hit suppression fire. This roots them fro about 15 - 20 seconds. During this time hit health shot 1, health shot 2, body shot 2. When it charges again, use warning shot until it retreats and hit /peace. When he returns hit him with suppression fire and hit body shot 2 untilit dies. I like to send in my Grand Wrix when it is below half health. You can use scout traps in place of suppression fire, but this will take away from your pistol xp. This strategy works on a lot of different creatures. When you get pistol whip this becomes even easier. This is not a trivial encounter, you will need to do some healing while killing these things. Dalyrake nests spawn a ton of these things and the nests themselves give good xp. Another tip, their harvested meat is usually good quality.
