What pistols do you use most?

Which is your favorite?

Mostly I use a FWG5, but I have other pistols in my pack in case of resistant mobs.

I use teh FWG5 as my constant pistol, i use the Scout pistol to take out generators when no enemies are out, and the Dx2 when enemies are too close.

yeah fwg5 it has the most power and range dx2 for heat resistant mobs and run around with a scout just coz its fast 1.1 spd i got a great slice on it heh

I've got a trusty, well sliced, DX2. That's it.

I got my best pistol so far just tonight. (sliced to these stats)

FWG5, 52-223 @ 2.0 spd = 68.75 dps. Ham 11/35/17.

It's working great.

My best scout blaster presently: (also sliced)

SB, 67-130 @ 1.5 spd = 65.66 dps. Ham 12/24/12.

i'd have to say i use all of my pistols the most:
1) FWG5 when fighting heat vulnerable creatures/humans (seething bols on dantooine have medium armor and high resists in many things, but those mean nothing to an FWG5)
2) DX2 when fighting acid vulnerable creatures/humans
3) striker mostly when fighting a varient of the nightsisters (it's a kinetic attack)
4) tangle when fighting stun vulnerable creatures/humans
5) DH17 when fighting energy vulnerable creatures/humans

using one pistol the most, or having only one pistol is not very efficient if you want to live. the best pistoleer will know his enemies and be prepared!

Good points Roidoc, I'm gonna be buying more guns. :-)

Anyway, I got a crate of powerups, +33+16%, and now my FWG5 looks like this:

60-296 @ 2.0 spd = 89 dps. Sweet.

My favorite was a sliced FWG5 but as popular as composite armor is now nothing is as good as a sliced DX2.

well , my FWG5 is nice so i use it a lot .... with power ups (nerver use a gun without one .) ) its 350 dmg @2sec

then there comes a dx2@2sec getting to 250 with PU, an now got an SR combat it's same as the dx2 i think but at 3 sec ... i was tired of that scout blaster it was nice , 1,2 sec but hmm ,p now i got an ar1 pistole for that energymobs (nice look =) btw

still trying to get a good tangler pistole ... don't know the stats , i think i sawone .. and only one on a vendor on my server .p was about 50-100 dmg 3,4 sec ... no that good but ah its stun dmg .p

I had a very nice, and damage sliced, krayt scout blaster. Used it so much the condition deteriorated and it permanently nerfed itself.

Since then I've been messing with a speed-sliced krayt FWG. The speed is 1.2 (w/o powerup). That's pretty sick. But stopping shot every 1.5 seconds is a BH-like tactic I can do with it.

I also have a DX2 and tangle I keep for when necessary.

i use

FWG5 dmg 80-296 with NO power ups spd 1.7

spd 1.7 is a bit low, but advanced component make it that fast.

The trick as all of you know, is the kill Nyms/corsaors en masse and kill some krayts. The will give you the 2 enhancements you need, for a good FWG5
