At first I feared change, but sicking my pets in on a pair of bols (or whatever) and then opening up on both of them with fan shot is great for fast lair killing. By the time the first falls, the other one is already down to 20% health

So anyway, try out the new fanshot you may enjoy it. We've always got Bodyshot and Stopping Shot for singles.

You guys think to much in the lines of PvE

Yep you'll love it right up until there is something BEHIND you that you DONT want to shoot and the **edit** shot aggro's that and you and your pets take a dirt nap. We already HAD a shot that was supposed to do this. WHY make another shot do the same thing another shot we already have is supposed to do. Fix the multitarget shot, and put fanshot back to what it was.

When PvP has any semblance of balance and/or fun I'll start thinking about it. Right now as a pistoleer/CH not only will I be killed by any competant BH/pistol or commando (yes I suck, others l33tness makes them undefeated in PvP with only 4 pistoleer boxes /hyperbole), my pets will be multi-incapped and vitality drained.

Until then I'll play PvE and enjoy decorating my house, those parts of the game are at least magrinally finished

Hey New Fan shot works just fine in PVP as well... Especially once damage is put back to normal

Yep, I agree. PvP is a thing of the past for me too. Only peeps doing it anymore are the before mentioned and the sh!t talkers.

fan shot was changed? didnt see that in notes tho i have not used it on critters yet didnt know it was a cone..infact i didnt know anythign was changed for pistoleers like the devs promised all last month

I was able to use fanshot to very quickly dispatch 2.8 tusken raiders that decided to charge me in a group. It was pretty cool.

Too bad the last 0.2 of a raider deathblowed me

why do ppl think PvP is all about commando and BH, take a master Cm with you and watch as the mind bars drop like MAD!! I can take out a master commando or a master BH in a heartbeat if there is someone else there to heal me. Trust me if you run into two CM or Doctors watch out they can dole out damage like you have never seen. its just an untapped PvP resource tht ive tapped.

Thats a powerful tree, but I think a Smuggler+pistoleer+ tka defense tree+ medic would own it

It comes down to the players. I (Smuggler/Pistoleer/TKA/Medic) play with a carbine/doc.

We duel every now and then. It's a fun fun mad dash of skill. I win some. I lose some.

i like the new fan shot for when you are in a big group.

but if you are in a small group its a bad idea

you most of the time will end up attack the lair you are going after and get a whole bunch to spawn and kill you
