Thread: is the new fan shot supposed to hit the lair also

hi.


just tested it out if you fan shot a creature near the lair it will also shoot the lair meaning all the creature will agro you even with if pets tank.

I saw the same thing last night also with panic shot. Was kind of funny getting the message that the lair was delayed for 10 secs.

Lol, delayed lair

I noticed it on faction mission, I'd hit a reinforced wall for xx or a column for xx when shooting towards the base.

I noticed this when hunting recently. How if I miss the beast the lair may get hit with fan shot. Was flatly told that this did not happen, period, the program did not allow for tracking "misses". Well, guess that person can stuff his wrong info.


Thanks guys... and yeah, the beasts aggroed when I hit the lair by accident. My solution, do not shoot in the direction of the lair... duhhhh.

I was hitting the lair, too, though nothing was aggroing me, because it takes a LOT to bleed more creatures out of a lair.


My workaround was to move so that I'd be hitting the opponents and not the lair.


All it does is make me run around a bit to get the best possible angle during a fight. I don't really mind it. It actually makes sense to haveposition mean something.
