Just wondering.. is Fan shot now a AE attack .. or was it alway an AE attackand just bugged before the Oct. 8th patch?

Don't know if it was bugged before.. But no, it wasn't always an aoe attack, but it is now ^^

It was bugged to be sporadically AoE for a day after the latest big patch. But yesterday, it seemed to work fine. Fun to spray crowds of imperials raiding AH with good amounts of damage, and the HAM cost is still nicely low enough to spam it like crazy.

Yes, it is now an AE (Agro Everything) shot

It is not in the patch notes. It was a stealth change. And unlike most stealth changes, a very nice change.

If you be a Creature Handler with a Mauler and you want to have some fun, order the Mauler to attack as many packs of social animals as it can handle -- get the Mauler surrounded with a crowd of aggros. Then open up spamming with the new fanshot. Total destruction

Thanks for all the info !!! I was just wondering cuase it was getting me killed in pve when i wasa pulling multiply on agro adds and couldnt figure out why .... hehe =)
