Since Knockdown Shots are also available in Carbineer and BH, I'm gonna post this there, too. Since I'm a 2/2/0/4 CH, I'm gonna post this in the Creature Handler forum as well.

I'm 0/1/0/4 in BH. I will never give up LLC4 'cause I love it.Several Questions To Address:

1. Are Knockdown Shots fixed enough in this latest publish to be worth it? Do marks/creatures stay knocked down long enough now? I'm getting feedback that they do,making an Underhand Shot + Lightning Shot 2 a possible deadly PvP and PvE combo. I hear that knockdown shots knockdown shots actually knockdown every time.

2. If KD shots are good again, are they better than attacking with two pets atonce? I'm also a 2/2/0/3 CH and I'm getting close to where I could call out two pretty good pets at once. But I don't have the skill points to do that and have knockdown shots, too, unless . . .

3. I give up Novice Carbineer and/or Novice Pistoleer. That would give me 17 more skill points (I have 0/0/0/1 in Carbineer, 0/0/0/0 in Pistoleer.

4. I will not give up Novice Medic for 15 points (I'm 1/0/0/0 Novice Medic), because I need to heal myself.

Now is the time of decision. Which way to go?

get the bh carbine tree. the knockdowns usually work if u dont run around. if u start running your chance to actually knock them down are pretty low.

In PvE they are fairly useless since most things run towards you anyway, and if they don't you can equip a melee weapon. And when they come close just pistol whip and finish them off.

It's useful in PvP though because it gives you a big damage boost. If you are maxed out you should have zero problem killing the target before they get back up.
