Nope.
fan shot aoe now but whats targeted damage and periphial damage?
Fan shot is still random ham. Does that answer the question?
how does overcharge 2 work now?

how bout doing a graph showing how all the shots work at +74 speed? with a 2.0 pistol speed? with 1.5 spd?
Aw c'mon, you can do the math on these pretty easy. The man's not your pocket calculator.
I believe it's as if you're hitting all of them with the same fan shot, without a "primary target" and "secondary target". I've been shooting bolmas and have had multiples of the drop dead around the same time, so I don't think there's a difference on whether you're targeting it or whether it's a "secondary" target.

This wouldn't have to be as thorough as say your other work, but there is so much conflicting info in here maybe you could just lay down the basics, as they stand now. I read through these posts and it's like sticking my head in a jar of peanut butter, please help. it's time for a state of the union address from da' man. thx.
