Thread: Fan Shot Works, just not quite as intended.
Been seeing this alot on various boards, thought I might shed some insight into it.
(1) When you select a target and fire fanshot it hits the target you selected doint actual damage. This is reported on your screen and you can also see the effect on the targets HAM.
(2) Any mobs near the target will also be reported as being hit, however no actual damage is done. ON THAT FIRST SHOT.
(3) If you continue firing however all the targets in the AE will be affected both in your damage report on your screen and the actual HAM of the MOB.
(4) Apparently the damage is only applied when the creature has a TEF toward you. Excluding your first shot.
(5) In conclusion: Your first shot will only damage your selected target, any successive shots however will damage both your selected target and the surrounding creatures in your AE.
