I just learned them.

Before I jump in the deep end (and drown), can someone tell me what they do? Best ways to use them.

Currently, I start with my two bleeds, and use warning shot a lot.

Disarm shot is currently worthless...all it does is cause damage to the target's weapon when used. Pistol Melee defense is very useful though. Its a close range knockdown move. If the target is in melee range, using this attack will deal the target some damage then lay it flat on its back for 5 seconds. If you do knock it down, you have a wait awhile before you can successfully knock it down again to avoid exploiting.
