Thread: Ranged Weapon Support??

Is Ranged Weapon Support that helpful for Pistoleers? I would like to spend the points else where. Just wondering.

I would love to say that its not and you should sacrifice the points, but yes, supression fire does work and saves me frequently

In PvE warning shot saves me about a dozen times a day. In PvP supression fire has saved me from commandos and melees a number of times, and also helps with melee NPCs in PvE. I am a pistoleer and CH. I like to use pets that dizzy along with my suppression shot to get the knockdown in when they try to stand. For the times when you need it, ranged support is definately worth having.
