I read the "commandos are so bad ass" part and decided your just stupid..... thats all there is, go read the commando forum, you'll understand then

Very nice GoodToTheTouch.I guess getting to set people on fire giving them 99% health wounds and hitting stuff for 6k damage is pretty weak. Thanks for setting me straight on that whole absurd notionI had about commandos being bad @$$. And like that other loser earlier in the thread you still missed the point of what im trying to say. Moron.


Anyway I can see how the idea would be a nerf. It would, in the end, somehow, someone would end up getting TOTALLY screwed over by it.

Yeah, there is no real drawbacks to heavy weapons, other than they're very inaccurate, slow fire rate, all the specials are within close range, and you receive a 2.5x melee damage modifier when you have your weapon equipped, so when you get close to your target to use your special, they run up and kill you in one punch. I was a commando/pistoleer so I know both sides, and I was deadlier with my pistol than my flamethrower.
