Just like Berserk for melees : more power but less defense.

And no, it shouldn't be an "elite-elite" profession imho.

1. In what part of the skill tree should the certification be placed?

Master. Just so Holocron doesn't make another thread saying "Why are there so many "X" amount of Pistoleers.

3. What should the damage be like when dual-wielding? Do we want everyone and their 3rd brother dual-wielding (make dual-wield far outdamage single hand) or should dual-wielding offer certain advantages and give new advantages or make certain specials single-hand only?

Multi-Target Shot would make more sense if we had dual-wielding, heh

4. What will disarm shot do to someone with 2 pistols?

To be fair, I guess knock both them out of the hand or whatever Disarming Shot will be.

Hell, adding an elite-elite prof for duel wielding seems like an even greater idea to me! Well as long as its very worthwhile, but if it is then i get to walk around with two pistols and be badass, seems like a sweet deal.

It wouldnt have to be an elite-elite prof. I jsut think that if it was, and it was powerful, tehn it would look kewl and kick ass, win-win.

I think everyone is missing the real point at hand here...

Where the hell can you find Pink Monkeys and are they CL15 or lower?

I think this is a natural thing for the Pistoleer class.

Here is my thoughts.

1) The weapons should be crafted seperately by player characters, meaning another schematic for "duel pistols" which would allow a benefit to go to the community as a whole and not just pistoleers. By including the crafters in this, the change is clearly not just about "us". It is important to take the bigger picture into account here.

2) The pistols should have a higher rate of fire but the TOTAL damage should be essentially the same as our best pistol on the maximum with higher minimums. We should do less damage with each gun with some sort of a variable that would determine how much damage we do. So if our best gun does 40-180 by itself a "duel wield" pistol should be 30-90 per. This makes it LESS of an issue where we are tryign to become more powerful than someone else, and more a case of us wantign to define ourselves with a "trademark" item or ability.

3) I think this should be reserved to Masters.

Star wars.......

Last i checekd it was mroe like pokemon, but aynway. I dont see why it would be unreasonable ot have two pistols, it does not contradict star wars in any way.
