One more thing I'd like to post, which I've seen in some of your reports.
Stopping Shot, I actually like how this works(or at least the theory behind it). While the DPS looks poor, it is(or should be) a high damage attack for more delay.
I sort of like the idea of a one-hit for huge damage, such as against a fleeing opponent or the need to end a fight fairly quick. Even though it's random HAM I believe a High Dmg, High Delay attack(just 1) for the pistoleer is kind of nice. Kind of like a "last ditch"(not the skill) for pistoleers.

Done. *Steps back into the shadows waiting for an injured combat medic(Best combatant profession in SWG) to go AFK so I can say I killed a combat medic without 25+ mins of down time.-DP
