I agree that it could be better, but if these go through it will be much better (i'm not a take anything no matter how sour type of guy so I'm trying to curb my initial enthusiasm.)

I did mention that if MTPS was a Health targeted cone attack it would be great (wouldn't it?) It would make BS3 and Fanshot obsolete for masters, but that's what is supposed to happen at master.

Getting the speed mods upped will take care of the BH/pistoleer jealousyproblem (well, speed was always my issue.) We don't get as much pure attack as they do, but we get +30 while moving (cutting a huge chunk out of that penalty) and +15 while standing (I'm still showing a +15 increase when I kneel, which shouldn't happen if this is working) so our targeting is actually better than the BH because we don't have to kneel to get our best mod (shouldn't have to) and we can move around to give ourselves a big defensive mod while cutting a chunk out of the moving penalty (+30 and +15 both should work in this situation.) that's a huge advantage over the BH pistol.

If the DX2 gets fixed (the 4 identical power handler but only one giving any effect...Bug?) then with out added speed mods a lot of the specials start making sense. We still have a lot of random HAM attacks, but it will be big stopping shot random HAM, cone random HAM, possibly AE random ham intimidate, and if we are lucky lobbying a Health targeted cone attack. Wow, come on, this is good stuff.

Please make sure he realizes DPS is damage per second and not damage per shot. =)

thanks man i know you tried the way that they wanted you to do it ,but that was not working. these changes are a great start atleast we have hope now.

Good job Jaegen and everyone else involved in getting our profession recognized as one in need of repair. This may just be the first step we need to see the Devs start making some needed changes, instead of taking away what works. Now, ifwe could only send private messages to the head pistoleer developer (in addition to Holo and Q) with links to jaegen's threads, we may make even greater headway...
