If I woke up one day and read they were making our shots 3 seconds from 1 second I wouldn't like it either. But, all Jaegen did was point out that rifles, carbines and pistols could all be fired at 1 second. The devs are the ones that need to figure out the best way to handle it. If their 3 second thing turns out to be bad or actually makes balance, it wasn't Jaegen that invented the idea or implemented it. He just brought the problem with the 1 second cap the the dev's attention.
