Is it intended to reduce the condition of a weapon? I thought it was to "unequip" someones weapon. Which wouldpretty much cause them to lose at leastone queue cycle of actions. Might help you get thatshot in that means the difference between winning and losing

what i dont understand is why disarming shot doesnt disarm, why stopping shot doesnt stop things? if these werent meant to do these things why did our only ranged kd get removed if it wasnt suppose to do that? how about make disarming shot do what it says and stopping shot do what it says if the ranged kd wasnt suppose to kd things.
