Which part of UNLESS don't you understand? ofcourse this is preparatory to a nerf, he is basically saying "soo.... is there some major "exploit" that we don't know about? What?!? that pistol fire and it actually do damage?!? THATS AN EXPLOIT!!!

Anyway "exploit" is anything that you use which Dev didn't intend it for you to use. And since Dev can change what they have "intended" anytime they want, they can and will nurf anything they want.

When they said "no one solo red", didn't light bulb go up on top of your head?

If you use pistol to solo red, you are exploiting.

okay, okay so I am jumping to conclusion, but if they DO nurf pistol, I would not be least bit surprised

I can't believe he would even ask such a lame question. Of course there are going to be more Pistoleers because a pistol is what we all started the game with as Noobs. We didn't have a choice of which weapon to use. we started with a pistol and we got XP right off the bat. DUH. Most players just continue with that line. Give the Noob a choice of weapon....have the player start with nothing equipped and 3 weapons in his/her inventory, a pistol, a carbine and a rifle...let the player decide.

Sadly it probably is...yet more proof that they have NO idea whats going on in their game or why..

Heck - forgot one reason why people are going to pistoleer from the other post - most of the players haven't figured out how little the pistoleer has left after the changes on test go live..

Ahh well, I've been bored in game and sick of all the **edit** bugs and instability anyways...in a sick sort of a way I almost hope they nerf pistoleer bad enough to make me quit...

Of course his post isn't in preparation for a nerf, all the nerfs have already been made. The only useful skills in pistoleer are Disarming Shot 2, Fanshot/Stopping shot (depending on your speed) and Pistol Whip (HS2 too I guess, but that's novice). The test center patch effectively removes DS2 while PW got hit by the 30 second timer though (to be fair all classes got hit with that I guess). So basically pistoleers have fanshot/stopping shot left, surely they won't nerf that too.

Despite Holo's protestations to the contrary, we're gonna get nerfed hard. i can feel it.
