LLC sucks when stuff is biting your toes, and specials do not infact work outside of 16-19m. Accuracy will most likely improve when the accuracy mods actually stack. As it stands now it's pretty useless if you aren't fighting a mob, or if the mob has already agro'd you and made it to melee range. My scatter rarely missesup to max range. There in lies the problem. My pistol is more accurate at any range than my other 2 weapons. Read into that what you will.
