It is so stupid to cry 'nerf pistoleer' because your particular profession isn't working correctly. Obviously a pistoleer isa god compared to a broken commando... but does that mean that pistoleer should be nerfed down to commando... maybe they should make the weapon cert on the scout blaster not work? LoL, no, you fix the commando so it isn't broken any more and then balance it out.

Also, there is a huge difference between nerfing disarmshot2 and nerfing pistoleer. Make sure that you select the right one when you cry for a nerf.

Oh, and IEBO: you would have to balance BH with pistoleer/Carby/novice Commando... not just with pistoleer, because BH get carbines, LLC, and pistols to choose from. They were not meant to be an 'overpowering elite class', they were ment to be a very versitile class.

You can't say that BH cost 217 and pistoleer only cost 92, in fact the cost to equal BH is:

MASTER BOUNTY HUNTER: 217 points (including pre-reqs)

MASTER MARKSMEN, MASTER PISTOLEER, MASTER CARBINEER,BEAM LINE OF COMMANDO: 247 points (including pre-reqs)

So don't even cry to me about spending points to be good at pistol. If you were solely interesting in being good at pistol then you should have been a pistoleer. A Bounty Hunter is a hybred combat class, mastering 3 different weapons to be adept at all three, but not elite in any given one. They also gain the power to track beings (which should be including into PvP, but isn't), which is a _non-combat-ability_.

So please, go cry somewhere else about bounty-hunters not being able to beat everything and anything 1 on 1, they already get advantages that no one else gets (eye shot) that make the investment of skill points worth it.

exactly right duff, and yes i do remember seeing han solo blow off that bounty hunter'shead in the cantina...

someone who is versatile with a bunch of weapons should expect to be better than a pistoleer when he/she uses those weapons in a pvp match because they all have different strength's and weaknesses... that is the only way i see a bounty hunter owning anyone who mastered fighting with one weapon. Pistoleers = pistol only.. bounty hunters = versatile. if you actually tried something besides spamming eyeshot maybe you might win... i know 2 really good bounty hunters that use pistol and carbine alike in pvp... they are good because they diversify their attacks.. not because they use a pistol even though they are not and should not be as skilled as a pistoleer... stop whining nerf because you can't win duels... try diversifying your attacks and see what that does....

screw nerfs, im a TKA and while i agree you pistoleers are pretty dam powerful, ya still shouldn't get nerfed. Nerfing does nothing, they should test and add things to make us equal, not take stuff away then take more from another class, repeat. and BH's are strong as is,so they shouldn't be whining bout nething. I understand how pitoleers want to be able ot specialize in all pistols, kinda stupid how being pistoleers they cant use em all. I'd like a dang scatter pistol, but dont feel like wasting my time to be a BH, it'd be nice if pistoleers had it. I say we get rid of all knockdowns, TKA's is too expensive of ham and misses, andmost otherclasses can do em for 100 ham or so, to 0ham using exploits. just get rid of it period and we could actually have challenging fights, not who kd's first.

Heres an idea for you if you want to be the best combat class ( which to you is BH) when you load up the game there is a button there called "account" hit it, then hit "end billing", go buy yourself a PS2 and the game Bounty Hunter.
