Will someone tell me on this forum why you think you can only spend 90 points in a combat related field and think you should be even able to hit someone who has to spend 220 to get where he is at? please no rude remarks i want to hear intelligent people only, vgiest this means you dont say something unless you can answer it

Pure combat skills, wasted very little of it on pre-reqs I can't use. That's all I'll say about it though. I've got an excellent template with zero BH skills, and it works very well.

I just think that its funny that pistoleers that arent even master yet are complaining that somone in BH is working them, so actually you have spent like 60 points possible even alot less in pistoleer and your whineing that you should not lose a pistol fight, what a joke.. 60 points and i think that a nuna should beat ya down, tell me how many master pistoleers are whineing, not very many, its you dabblers in the pistoleer profession taht havent even spent 50 skill points toward combat in any field that i dont like

A couple sensible responses, one of which mostly supports your claims, and another that opposes them:

A) Sure a BH should kick a Pistoleer's butt most of the time (say... 2/3rds or 3/4s - shouldn't be totally unbalanced so that they have no chance of losing) BH's are elite killers. But they should be doing it with something distinctively BH - like the LLC. It was a bad design by the devs to make Pistoleers and Carbineers, and then make BHs better than them with the same weapons. A Pistoleer should be best with a pistol, a Carbineer should be best with a Carbine, and a BH should have their own distinct skills and abilities that, when well used, give them an edge over both of them.

B) Oh sure... all of those Scouting, Rifle, and Carbine skills should really give you a whopping advantage with a pistol... Maybe if you had to take up dancing and spend all 250 skill points you should gain the ability to one shot anyone and anything? Face it - you're a hybrid class, and hybrid classes are supposed to be "Jacks of all Trades, Master of None". Just like a Paladin, that can heal, but not as well as a cleric, tank, but not as well as a warrior, and melee, but not for as much damage as a rogue, you have lots of abilities, but to get all those, you SHOULD be giving up any opportunity to be the best with them. You can use a rifle decently, a pistol or carbine really well, you're the only guys that can kill marks and use an LLC, you can mask scent, make camps, use traps, forage, harvest, run up hills, and examine mobs, all as well as a Master Scout - but you shouldn't be picking up as much ability in 4 skill boxes as a Carbineer or Pistoleer does in their whole tree.

Spell check is your friend. I like it when you tell us how much smarter you are than everyone then slaughter then language. You all make a lot of false assumptions that are incorrect.

Watch out everyone this BH has a spent a lot of skill points... watch out for those leathal tents and especiallythose hides and bones he harvested as free xp he got while training in combat. GO away now, we don't care about you!!
