What is the best place to get Pistol XP, FAST?

Thugs in Town is the best i have seen 400 xp a kill

Krayt Graveyard, Tatooine.

The dragons alonely give me like 2k xp a kill and it takes me like 10mins a kill. In that time i could kill 10 thugs and get 4k exp.

bleed 5 and then take them down one by one as they chase you, 4000xp per elder/male

I dont know if this is fast but,

Naboo, Find either Falumpaset or Falumpaset Rogue's at lvl's 18,19,20 Yellow to me but you can do this if you are between lvl's 12 to 15. Do the following with maskscent if you have it. Bleed 1, Bleed 2, Body shot, Body shot, they will start to run at you warning shot, body shot, body shot, Supression fire, then a couple more body shots and he is down. Do this a twice with the two that spawn, then rest and heal waiting for them to respawn. You can easily get anywhere from 10k to 15k of experience per hour depending on the spawn rate, plus for all you Ranger/Scout's get the nice quality hide off them.

Sharnuf Bulls outside of Coronet (usually north). They are much too powerful to go toe to toe with, but a bleed shot will slow them to a crawl in about 30 sec. So get a bleed shot in from a distance and run, keep running until they slow down. Then turn around andloop your favorite special until they are dead. I can kill one in less than4 minutes and get 3650 xp from each!!!! Another plus is they don't DB, as one will inevitably catch up to you

If you have pets then Dantooine killing anything. Usually 2-5k xp per kill. I've made over 1 million pistol xp here in the last 3 daysto get Master Gunfighter.

2 more thumbs up for dantoioine. get in a hunting party, one forms like every 2 seconds. or get a pet. go kill voritor lizards, they give no harvest but who cares. they give GREAT exp. pikets and bols are decent too, but i think they take too long to kill for the exp reward.

One of the specific concerns we have as pistoleers is that our one AP1 weapon, the DX2, is not really AR1 most of the time because of the bug that reduces it to AR0 versus anything with vulnerability to acid plus any non-acid resist, which is the majority of mobs in the game. Thus it is helpful to find AR0, no resist mobs for maximum "xp per shot."

The klikniks surrounding the kliknik temple on Yavin are just this, AR0, no resist, but big HAM and thus big XP. (All the other klikniks have some resist.) So are the Woolamanders in the Woolamander temple on the same planet. The downside, however, is that you probably have to be CH/Medic in order to solo these places (both creature types group aggro).

Also on Yavin, as common random spawns, are the Tybises, again AR0, no resists. They too group aggro, but I believe that a non-CH/Novice Medic should be able to handle them solo.

Grrr...no edit button -- I meant that the AP1 DX2 reduces to AP0 in the circumstance mentioned, not AR0.

i agree with dantooine. spent some time there today with a group of 3, maybe 3 hours, and got 150k pistol xp. i used my graul maulers as tanks and we killed bols and pickets. we found bols to go down MUCH faster. but do everyone a favor, don't go walking around killing bol lairs, get a mission and kill those instead. it's annoying when you're out to get XP and your mission is destroyed by someone else.
