I also loved the part where the original poster asks for defense skillmods not only better than pistoleers, but "second only to TK masters"

You don't want other professions seeing you ask the devs for this stuff?

They want our stuff that doesn't even work, then tell us they're better than us. They are so retareded.

I think Pistoleers have a right to be upset about this one. The special doesn't work, so there's no way any BH could know what it does (as it does nothing!) yet they want the effect anyway - whether or not it fits with the BH niche or not. It probably wasn't meant that way, but it sure sounds like, 'pistoleers have something we don't - give!'

I posted a response. Here it is:

"I just thought I'd like to point out that if the BHs want disarming shot, they can have it. It's totally worthless.

I'm sure the Pistoleers will trade you even-up for any skill in your tree. They might even throw in all their other worthless specials too. "

So let me get this straight...

You want defense almost equal to a TK master.

You want to use droids better than a droid engineer.

You want to track like a ranger.

You want to use commando weapons.

You want to damage guns more than pistoleers.

You want to waste Jedi 1 on 1.

You want lower HAM costs than anyone else.

You want to make more money for missions than anyone else.

You want your own personal 3000 HAM AR3 pets that don't cost you any more points to use, which in case you didn't notice is better than what master CHs get.

Anything else you guys want? A deathstar anda sith pet, perhaps? A super star destroyer in your Datapad? Perhaps the emperor himself as a pet?Caelrie wrote:

Perhaps some of you don't understand basic concepts. Wepps is not our correspondent and does not represent all Bounty Hunters opinions. There's a great rebuttal post written by Lowca. We're not sure who stickied the post, but as you can see, his name is still a normal color, where as Varvidos, our retired Correspondent, still has a correspondents color. So, we're assuming he put it up. Please, do not make judgements about people of a profession based on article not representing the whole BH community.

Unfortunately Varvidos is the one who stickied it. He's more or less named Wepps as his successor.

Well, that isn't too important seeing as the Dev's are still taking applications and they make the decision. I can't believe he even suggested taking us out of the GCW.

As a BH i can say wepps ideas are imbicilic and i have never supported him for correspondent since he is so far out of touch from the real world that its not even funny. Lowca's post is infinitely more realistic and inline with what BH's want.

I just want 2 things :

1) change title for "Lair Shooter"
2) change the 5 billions Pistol XP to become Master for a 15 billions. We are overpowered as it stands.

What does this have to do with anything assoicated with Pistoleer? Stop infringing on their reports. (Will the BH- Pistoleer hate ever cease to be?)

Pay special attention to this part:

"In addition, the Light Lightning Cannon should damage all weaponry, droids, and other machinery-based items wielded by the defender at least on equal terms with the Pistoleer special attack returning the same result. (Disarm Shot)"
