One of the biggest problems i see with this profession is the lack of avaliable pistols for master pistoleers to use. But instead of rant and rave like so many more treads i'd like to compile a list of pistols and their stats people use.

Since we get no perks as far as damage goes, i think this will be helpful for people to see and compare their pistols to thoes of others to see if we are getting the most for out monry, so to speak!

Anyway my pistols are:

Scout: 55-143 1.2 (28% speed slice)

Fwg5: 60-155 1.9 (27% speed slice)

Dx2: 161-224 2.4 (25% damage)

FWG5--52-204 1.4 speed w/ powerups it goes to 60-270 1.4

I just got a new one yesterday.

51-196 at 2.2 speed unsliced.

63-238 at 2.2 speed sliced (awesome dmg slice)

Powered up it hits something like 317 max dmg. Oh, and master pistoleer speed bonuses help with the 2.2 part *drooooool*

i got a fwg5 yesterday with 58 - 260 damage and speed of 1.7 and i used a mi9n/man damage power up that brings it up to 340 damage. well my dxs2 crit failed when i tried to repair it it was something like 103 - 140 with a speed of 2.0. i bought my weapons pre sliced so i dont now what % of slice i got

FWG5 - 1.9 Speed. 68-303Dmg - W/Power-up 78-400Dmg. Krayt Tissues rule

FWG5 dmg 68-248 spd 2.0

DX2 dmg 102-161 spd 1.8

Both are sliced and I shift back and forth between them constantly.

My pistol Speed count is +42 so my FWG5 is running at 1.6 and DX2 is running at 1.4...

DX2 100/157 1.7 dly 75.6 DPS (this was speed sliced 34%)

FWG5 51/253 1.7 dly 89.4 DPS (sliced)

Scout 76/148 1.6 dly 70 DPS (sliced)

Tangle 44/104 2.0 dly 74 DPS (sliced)

I have yet to find a real use for the Tangle, but i like having it just in case i need the Stun dmg. I use the FWG5 as my primary and switch the others in and out as necessary.

Im very happy with this DX2. It is still not where i would think the Pistoller pistol should be, but at least it is above the Scout in DPS. Once u factor in ham costs on the scout vs. dx2, the scout becomes the obvious choice ifdamage type does not matter.

I've never seen a better one

fwg5 66-302 1.8(krayt tissue and slice)

dx2 116-263 2.5(krayt and slice)

Can't remember the stats offhand but in my toolbar i carry a DX2 , FWG5 , Striker and Tangle.

Dx2 is my primary weapon.Maybe one day my crafted Republic Blaster will also find a place in my toolbar.

Appear stats may vary from a server to another depending on the ressources that have spawn.

On Kauri, DX2 are much crappier than yours but some are way better than yours.

Scatters : dmg 150-230 dly 2.0 unsliced, no power-up
DX2 : dmg 90-155 dly 2.6 unsliced, no power-up (some are a bit better but not that much)
FWG5 : dmg 70-250 dly 1.8 unsliced, no power-up, no Krayt. Add about 40 to 50 max dmg if Krayt parts


SR Combat : dmg 90-155 dly 3.1
Tangle : dmg 70-120 dly 3.0
Scout : dmg 80-150 dly 1.2
DH17 : dmg 110-150 dly 1.9 (this one is nice)

Republic Blaster, just for stats is nice, too bad no one can use it.

SR Combat and Tangle are very important guns too, their dmg type and/or AP type make them very usefull sometimes.
