Hi, I have the last 4 pistol skills to get and that is it, but lately I have hit a wall. Everything that I attack that is white to me kicks my butt?!?!?! I have owned all whites till recently. The exp is moving so slow I no longer finding the game fun. I saw a post a while back about some good monsters to attack on Dantooine that usually have only one outside their den, anyone remember which monsters this was and where to find them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there on LOK. you cant take them as missions anymore so youll have to go find em

Sometimes you can find only one Piket per lair on Dantooine. Once you find a lair like that you can camp it.

I did most of my levelling on Endor, personally.

Totur missions on Talus, they are non-social, so you can pick them off one by one. You should be able to get 15-20K exp per lair without any trouble.

Want a bit of a challange, try huurtons on Dantoine, but make sure that your pulling skills are sharp. Again 20K+ a lair.

And of course the old standard baz nitches on Darthomir.

Toturs can be soloed. Huurtons also, but a pet helps. I'd definetely use a pet or a good group for Dathomir.

Closing in on M Ranger M Pistoleer and I have to agree with the snorbels suggestion. No death blow, pleanty of them out there, 3k + exp for tough ones and you can kite 4 -6 -12 at a time. Rinse lather repeat...They are a tougher version of levisqualls but just as slow, Bleed them and run them. Lairs area little tougher to find butgold if you can find one.

actually i got about the last 800k of pistol exp on dantooine myself, doing missions for huurtons, they're the one thing on dantooine that didn't baf like mad. with a group we'd each get two huurton stalker missions, easy to find because they always pay about 9400, and then go do them all, with as many as 5 people i was still getting 1.5-2k exp per creature, more on some. if the groups good enough, do the tougher stuff to, just be sure to use a dx2 because they have 100% heat resist. 1.5-2k exp isn't a lot, but the kills are so fast with a descent group, xp flies. i've never solo'd them, but with 2 people didn't have much trouble at all.

I have become a fan of Fambaas (Naboo). Grouped with a pet I get 3.5k+ exp each, they are vulnerable to Acid and have light armor... so DX2 is the only good way to take them out. The have up to 10k HAM but go down pretty easy. I suggest getting a LOT of Tat Sunburns, then just use the standard bleeds and warning shot to take em down. I have not tried the Lok Mobs, so they may be better.

Head towards Bela Vistal on Corellia and look for gronda patriarchs. I got about 25k off of one lair. Two grondas and a gronda patriarch would spawn, and by the time I took out the third one, they'd be spawning again. Also, while you're attacking one, the rest just stand around and look stupid.

On Dantooine, you can try voritors. They're sort of tough, but they're actually anti-social. Every time I've hunted them, the others in the vicinity would gang up on the one I was engaged with. It's amusing if not helpful.

If you get trapping up to Phecnacine dart you can take out Mountain Squills and Grizzled Dewbacks on Tat. Just don't let the squills get close. But if you solo them you get 3885 xp, with a group you get 4645.

Or, you could be like me and solo frenzied grauls on Dantooine.

i personally like the dathomir thing. i think i have gotten 1mil pistol xp so far. giant baz niches always pay 10k missions, so u can get 2 missions in like 1 minute. u can solo them if u want, but thats really hard, its best to take a pet along or hunt with one other person who has a pet.

Am I the only person who levelled a good few levels on Seething Bol missions on Dantooine? They pay 13K and almost always have just two to a lair. Kneel, bleed one, Warningshot the other, sic pet on bleeder and away you go. Once the first two are dead, hit the lair until the first one spawns, then IMMEDIATELY switch to target him and lead him away from the lair. The second one will pop shortly after, when the lair 'ticks', but if you've lead the first one away then he won't baf.

When those two are dead, hit the lair until about halfway damaged, then the next pair will start to spawn. Same tactic, lead first away.

Once this pair are gone, hit the lair until it blows, no more will spawn. Great thing about these Bols is that they're vulnerable to heat. Can you say....FWG5's?

13k creds a pop, 540 CH XP per pet(with a GSP), 4900 ish Pistol XP, 490 combat XP, and about 100 hides/meat. (Herb meat too).

Just remember, warningshot is your friend. I got about 10 boxes of pistol XP, a bucket of CH XP, and loads of lovely credits out of those things....

If you have any ch skills, take up pubams missions on endor.

i have 900k pistol xp from 2days of non-hardcore playing,banked from pubam missions, and you get tons of money doing it(19k+ per mission)

Howbout some Jawa warlords in the valley east of mos eisley? they spawn continuosly and give 600xp a pop, takes about 3 shots to kill em using a special. or there are the spine snake recluses on lok, 800xp a pop and easy to evade....
