Bug 1 - it appeares i am unable to log bug reports in game.

Bug 2 - I randomly find myself unable to do damage to my mission targets. Some times i manage to finish a mission while on other ocassions i only manage to kill maybe 1 or 2 targets then can no longer do damage to any of my remaining targets. I first thought this had to do with ping or packet loss but i have suffered from this bug when i had anywhere from highto low ping and/or packet loss.

Any suggestions?
