in the first mission for the imps at that imp retreat it says to dock whith this i ship BUT then it says you can't!!!! so what do i do???????

did you inspect it first?

i inspected it. how do i disable it?

Use "[" and "]" to target the engine, shoot at it untill the engine hits 0, it'll say you've disabled your target, get close to it and dock.
